The fully enclosed power transformer eliminates the oil storage tank and uses the wing plate of the corrugated oil tank body as the cooling element for heat dissipation. At the same time, it expands and contracts with the increase or decrease of transformer oil, isolating the interior of the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil degradation, insulation moisture and aging, and enhancing the reliability of operation. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which effectively improves the distribution of magnetic flux density inside the iron core, reduces noise, and lowers losses. The coil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper wrapped wire), with a roll (or cake) structure, uniform distribution of ampere turns, reasonable insulation structure, and strong short-circuit resistance. The fasteners used in the fuel tank are all equipped with retaining nuts, which can ensure that they will not loosen during long-distance transportation. After phosphating treatment, the surface of the fuel tank is coated with a three proof paint (moisture-proof, anti mold, anti salt spray), which is widely used in harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemicals.
