Chongqing Huize Electric Co., Ltd. was established on November 15, 2002 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Wangbian Electric (Group) Co., Ltd. Located at Fengcheng Qinghua Road (Pengjiaping), Changshou District, Chongqing, the company is mainly engaged in construction engineering, power transmission, power supply, and the installation, maintenance and testing of power facilities. The general projects include the manufacturing and sales of switch cabinets, transformers, box transformer shells, wires; the repair of transformers; the manufacturing, installation, repair, testing, operation and maintenance of power transmission, distribution and control equipment; the processing of general mechanical equipment; the installation and technical consultation of water conservancy and power engineering; the sales of building materials; the recycling and processing of renewable resources, sales of magnetic materials, etc.

Qiannan Wangjiang Transformer Co., Ltd. was established in August 2007, jointly funded by Chongqing Wangbian Electric (Group) Co., Ltd. and Qiannan Duoneng Development Co., Ltd. Chongqing Wangbian Electric (Group) Co., Ltd. is a national-level specialized and innovative “little giant” enterprise, an A-share listed company, one of the top 50 private industrial enterprises in Chongqing, a high-tech enterprise in Chongqing, and a technology innovation demonstration enterprise in Chongqing; Qiannan Duoneng Development Co., Ltd. is a large collective enterprise under the Duyun Power Supply Bureau of Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd.

The company’s registered capital is 12 million yuan, and its main business scope includes: power transformers, high and low voltage complete sets of equipment, mining transformers, low-voltage reactive compensation devices, and the manufacture, sales, renovation and maintenance of various special transformers and power distribution equipment. The company’s original production base is located on North Jianjiang Road, Guanghui Office, Duyun City. The new electrical equipment production base started construction in September 2020 and was completed and put into production in September 2021, with a designed production capacity of 300 million yuan. Now, it is able to produce 35KV and 10KV distribution transformers of various models, various high and low voltage distribution cabinets, box-type substations, photovoltaic box transformers, wind power box transformers, etc., greatly enriching the product category. Chongqing Energy Investment Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone Power Sales Co., Ltd. is located in the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, No. 1999, Mingtao 1st Road, Bake Street, Changshou District, Chongqing. It was registered and established on April 1, 2016 in the Changshou District Branch of Chongqing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Pre-installed substation (Prefabricated compartment) refers to a complete set of distribution equipment that is assembled in the mill and then transported to the site. With properties such as anti-corrosion, waterproofing, and heat insulation, it provides a convenient solution for different environments and can be customized according to specific needs.

High and medium voltage distribution cabinets & Low voltage distribution cabinets

High and medium voltage distribution cabinet includes KYN61-40.5, KYN28-12, HXGN-1, environmental protection Gas Insulated Switchgear (integrated indoor and outdoor Ring Main Unit). Low voltage distribution cabinet includes BloKseT, GCS, GCK, MNS, GGD, JP integrated distribution box, bus trough and other high-end complete sets of equipment products. The products cover 35KV and below complete sets of HV & LV switch distribution cabinets. These distribution cabinets are utilized for transmission and distribution in the power system including the substation's distribution system to ensure the normal operation and safety of the power system.

The manufacture base of high magnetic orientation silicon steel primarily manufactures general oriented silicon steel (CGO) and high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel (HiB). These products are characterized by low iron loss, high magnetic induction, low magnetic aging, and good surface quality. In 2017, phase I of this base was completed and put into operation, focusing on research and development, production, and sales of silicon steel. In 2020, phase II was completed and put into operation with a production capacity exceeding 100,000 tons. In 2023, phase III was completed with an annual capacity of 180,000 tons. Chongqing is part of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and a key point of strategy for Large-scale Development of Western China. Located in Chongqing, this production base provides important support for the company’s participation in international and domestic market competition through its superior product quality and service awareness.

This manufacture base is designed to annually produce 5,000 sets of intelligent combined box type transformers and high/low voltage complete sets of equipment, as well as 2,000 sets of 35KV and 10KV energy-saving oil-immersed transformers. This manufacture base is designed to achieve an annual output value of 300 million yuan, generating over 13 million yuan in tax revenue and providing employment for more than 150 people.

In 2022, Qiannan Wangjiang Company achieved an annual output value of 90.6225 million yuan (excluding external processing), with a main business income of 95.63 million yuan and paid taxes amounting to 807,200 yuan. Additionally, the company has drawback for duties paid totaling at approximately 8.38 million yuan for investment in infrastructure and equipment purchases. By the end of 2022, the company had a total of 159 registered employees (including12 dispatched by third-party, Tianyuan Property Company). For 2023,the planned output value is 200 million yuan with a main business income target of 180million yuan,and estimated tax payments reaching 1.8million yuan. This manufacture base aims to have around 200 registered employees by year-end.

Since its establishment, this manufacture base has insisted on operating and paying taxes according to law. At the same time, it has actively broadened the horizon to maintain the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise, and has become a key enterprise and a large taxpayer enterprise in Duyun City.
