The amorphous alloy iron core is a coiled iron core structure, with a three-phase five column structure and a rectangular cross-section. Non metallic alloys are a type of "amorphous metal" with a physical state of disordered arrangement of metal atoms. Their material thickness is only 0.02mm and they are manufactured using advanced "planar spray casting" methods. This material, which has a completely different crystal structure from silicone sheets, is more conducive to magnetization and demagnetization. The coil is rectangular, multi-layered, and made of oxygen free copper wire. The interlayer insulation is made of dot paper to increase its mechanical strength. The amorphous alloy transformer adopts a beautiful corrugated oil tank, which is produced through an advanced automatic oil tank production line and undergoes strict water pressure leakage testing, air pressure testing, and fluorescence testing to ensure the reliability and safety of the product. Amorphous alloy transformer is a new generation of environmentally friendly transformer. Its iron core is made of non American alloy material, and the oil tank is manufactured by a domestic corrugated oil tank automatic production line with a fully sealed and maintenance free structure. Low noise, low loss, safe and energy-saving, can be widely used in urban network projects, residential areas, as well as public places such as hospitals and schools.
