The "Order Class" refers to a school-enterprise cooperation model in which the school recruits and trains students according to the employment needs of the enterprise. After graduation, qualified students can directly enter the enterprise according to the order signed during enrollment. Students can gain an in-depth understanding of the production process and technical requirements of the enterprise through the "order class" training, and the enterprise can cultivate and select employees who meet the job requirements through “order class”. This cooperation model realizes the complementary advantages of both parties and common development. It is learned that the "WBEC Order Class" project of Chongqing Electric Power College was launched in October 2023. The first batch of order class students began internships in March this year. Those with excellent assessments at the end of the internship will officially join Wangbian Electric.
