In September 2023, in order to further promote national fitness activities, enrich the cultural life of the compny’s employees, cultivate personal challenges and cooperation awareness, and enhance the cohesion and team spirit of the workforce, the Group’s labor union, along with the party branch, the Youth League branch, and the administrative center successfully held the first employee badminton match at the Changshou Badminton Hall. A total of 45 employees from the Group and its subsidiaries participated in the match. The entire match was held in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere with the principle of "friendship first, competition second". After nearly 50 intense competitions in one day, the champions, runners-up, and third place winners of men’s singles, women’s singles, and doubles were decided and commended.

This competition has received strong support from the Group, subsidiaries, and business units, as well as enthusiastic participation from a large number of badminton enthusiasts. All contestants came to the stadium early to warm up before the game. According to the rules, this selection competition is divided into men's singles and women's singles. Each round of competition adopts a scoring system for each ball and a best-of-three system. The preliminaries and semifinals are both 11 points, and the finals are 21 points. At the beginning of the game, it entered a white-hot stalemate. The players on the field showed superb skills, making the game more fierce. The whole game was full of climaxes and excitement. The wonderful performance of the athletes on the field also attracted warm cheers and applause from the audience off the field. Liu Bolin, secretary of the company's party branch, served as the chief referee of this event. He led the other two referees to perform refereeing work seriously, conscientiously and accurately in accordance with the competition principles of "openness, fairness and justice", fully demonstrating the good spirit of WBEC.
