Chen Hong claims the prize of "Changshou Craftsman"
In 2007, Chen Hong joined WBEC. With his passion for work, he studied skills, worked hard, and concentrated on doing one thing well - winding transformer coils. He continued to explore in the winding work and adopted the “pigeon-toed” binding method, which not only makes the coil tighter, but also saves the material cost of winding.” Once you have the trick, you can’t hide it. You have to let everyone use it together to make it work.” At work, Chen Hong actively played the role of “teaching, assisting, and leading”, and taught the method to every worker in the winding group. Over the years, Chen Hong has devoted himself to production work with a high sense of responsibility and dedication to his job. He has been rated as a technical expert many times and won the title of “advanced individual”.
It is reported that this event selected 10 “Changshou Craftsmen” of the 5th session, 10 “Most Beautiful Industrial Workers” in 2024, 94 “Technical Experts” in 2023, and 50 Outstanding Labor Union Workers of Non-public Organizations in 2023; its purpose is to encourage the majority of employees in Changshou District to stay grounded in their posts and devote themselves to their work under the guidance of the goals of the “Two Places and One City” construction and the “3113” project action plan.
